Due to impending weather and potentially unsafe track conditions, officials at Northside Downs have cancelled the card of racing scheduled for Saturday, July 5.
The afternoon race card was to include several divisions of the Atlantic Sires Stakes three-year-old pacing colts and fillies. The Atlantic Sires Stakes events at Northside Downs have been re-scheduled to Saturday, July 12.
The entries for the cancelled card of racing will be discarded and trainers are advised to re-enter their horses for the July 12 events. The entry box for the Atlantic Sires Stakes events will close on Wednesday, July 9 at 10 a.m. and a new card will subsequently be drawn.
