Trot Insider has learned that the Atlantic Provinces Harness Racing Commission has approved a request to cancel the Friday, August 3 race date that had been set for Connell Park in Woodstock, NB.
The association requested the cancellation due to a lack of entries.
The next program of live racing in New Brunswick is scheduled for this coming Monday (August 6) at Exhibition Park Raceway. The first race is scheduled to head behind the starter at 1:00 p.m. The card is scheduled to feature the Barrieau/McIsaac stake and Ken Norwood memorial pace.
