On Thursday, July 31, the Ontario Racing Commission announced its ruling in regard to an appeal by horseman Dan Creighton.
Creighton had filed an appeal in regard to Ruling Number SB 35/2014.
The ORC panel hearing the appeal denied the request for a stay of the Order of Immediate Suspension.
The ORC also announced that the appeal of the Order of Immediate Suspension will be heard no later than September 15, 2014.
