For the second year in a row, Watch and Wager has partnered with Running Aces as promotional sponsor for the track’s signature event of the season, the $50,000 Dan Patch Free-For-All Pace, which will get underway with $15,000 elimination races on Sunday, July 14 and will culminate with the $50,000 final on Sunday, July 21.

This year’s Dan Patch event has drawn 19 nominations – 17 geldings, one mare and one horse – and the overall field has earned over $3.4 million and won over 400 races, collectively.

The Dan Patch FFA will headline a big weekend of racing at the Minnesota oval, which will include the $25,000 Ron Banks Pace and the $25,000 Vernon Devine Trot on Saturday, July 20. The festivities will get underway on Friday, July 19 with the Dan Patch pre-party, which is by invitation to top-tier racing customers, Dan Patch FFA connections, and Running Aces horsepeople. Party attendees will be treated to race programs, tip sheets and chances to win swag prizes and betting vouchers for the big race.

On Sunday, July 21 the signal from Running Aces will feature the addition of NAHU Picks ‘Three-Wide’ as part of the full card broadcast, with Rod Allums, Jr., Mike Pribozie, and Ray Cotolo joining track announcer Darin Gagne live from the track apron, and offering on-track fans many chances to win prizes throughout the big racing night. There will also be a special Dan Patch retro lunch box giveaway on Saturday, July 20 and a kid’s horseshoe giveaway on Sunday, July 21.

The Live Racing schedule at Running Aces offers action three nights per week, all summer long, through September 14, with racing on Tuesdays (7 p.m.) and Saturdays and Sundays (both at 6 p.m.).
