With the night’s Pick 5 sequence going unsolved on Tuesday (July 28), Harrah’s Hoosier Park Racing & Casino will feature a $10,000 Guaranteed Pick-5, kick-started by the $2,836.40 carryover. In partnership with the United States Trotting Association Strategic Wagering program and the Indiana Standardbred Association, Harrah’s Hoosier Park will offer the guaranteed wager beginning in race 10 on Wednesday (July 29).
Tuesday’s Pick-5 sequence saw several upsets, kicking off when Sweet Sinsation with Dale Hiteman paid $45.80 to win in the first race of the sequence. The trend continued with each winner paying over $5.00 to win; no favourites finding the winner’s circle.
Wednesday’s 14-race card will feature the third leg of Indiana Sires Stakes (INSS) action for the three-year-old trotting fillies. INSS Super Final champ Rock Swan will be looking to grab back-to-back stakes wins from post seven in race nine.
Free past performances for Wednesday’s 14-race card will be available on Harrah’s Hoosier Park’s website along with free past performances for Races 10-14 on the United States Trotting Association website. Expert selections and handicapping tools are also available on Hoosier Park’s website and The United States Trotting Association’s website.
The 14-race card will also include the $10,000 Guaranteed Hoosier High-5 in the fourteenth race of the program. Free past performances for the nightly pentefecta are available on Harrah’s Hoosier Park’s website as well.
