Officials with Yonkers Raceway have announced that the track has made a change to its live racing schedule.
The track’s Friday, August 16 race date has been eliminated and a date set for Friday, October 11 has been added. The October 11 date will feature a first-race post time of 6:50 p.m.
The change has come in order to accommodate a Kool & the Gang concert that will take place on the track apron.
The schedule amendments have been approved by the New York State Gaming Commission.
