Art Gray is this week's Harness Racing Alumni Show guest.
Gray, a former presiding judge for the New York State Racing and Gaming Commission, shares his insights and thoughts about a recent letter he sent to several horse racing media outlets regarding Bob Baffert's case with the New York Racing Association.
