The organizers of the upcoming Steve Condren Golf Tournament have told Trot Insider of some important information which has come up pertaining to
the tournament.
Due to the fact that Glen Abbey is a private course, they are not set up for debit card transactions and there is no ATM on-site. Therefore, at the course, on the day of the tournament only cash and credit cards will be accepted.
Golfers can still pay the Ontario Standardbred Adoption Society their entry fees by cheque, but cash and credit card only in the pro shop, clubhouse and on the course.
The tournament will take place Wednesday, July 21. Registration and lunch will take place from noon to 1:00 p.m. A shotgun start will take place at 1:30 p.m.
Any last-minute cancellations or adjustments to foursomes should be called in immediately to Joanne Colville (905-854-6099) as there is a long waiting list of people wanting to play.
