Eclipse Award-winning journalist and Harness Racing Update founder Bill Finley is this week's guest on the Harness Racing Alumni Show.
Finley discusses how the new whipping rules have not affected racing and wagering in New Jersey. He also gives his opinion on the Horseracing Integrity & Safety Authority and believes that states not having it would be detrimental to horse racing.
