Officials with ‘Post Time with Mike and Mike’ have issued a preview of the upcoming episode of the show.
The next episode will be airing Thursday (May 30) at 10:30 a.m. The duo will be joined by Dave Bianconi, Brian Loney, Mark McKelvie and Jim Miller..
Bianconi, the director of racing at Northfield Park, will join to discuss Saturday’s $200,000 Battle of Lake Erie. He will discuss what it takes to put together a prestigious invitational and who he feels the contenders are in the race. Saturday night’s program also features Ohio Sires Stakes action.
Loney, trainer of Bully Pulpit, will discuss his Open pacer and how he feels he will handle the step up to the Grand Circuit stage. Bully Pulpit, who is coming off of a win against Open pacers at Northfield, has put in some impressive miles and will be looking to continue that progression to the main stage. Loney will also discuss his career in the business and how he became involved in the sport.
McKelvie, the director of communications at Woodbine Mohawk Park, will help the hosts get ready for the 2019 Pepsi North America Cup. The trio will discuss the contenders, what fans can expect during the evening, and some great wagering opportunities that will be available.
Expanded gaming appears to be coming to Illinois racetracks, and Jim Miller will join to discuss the legislation that is headed for the Governor’s office.
