In agreement with the New York State Gaming Commission and Western New York Harness Horsemen’s Association, Buffalo Raceway has instituted a whipping rule for all drivers.
“It is our mission at this facility that includes the numerous events provided by the Erie County Agricultural Society, the Erie County Fair and Buffalo Raceway that the safety of every animal on the grounds is a top priority,” said COO James Mango.
“I expect that by adopting these rules everyone participating in racing will be more aware of its importance.”
