Stall applications for the 67th season of live harness racing at Batavia Downs, located in western New York, are now available.
The stall apps are available on the track's website (bataviadownscasino.com) under the 'Horsemen' tab.
Stall applications are also available at the Western New York Harness Horsemen’s Association website (wnyhha.net), the Western New York Harness Horsemen’s office and the race office at Buffalo Raceway.
The 2013 season at America’s oldest lighted harness track features 72 race dates. The annual summer-fall meet kicks off on July 22 and concludes on December 7.
Live racing will be presented on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday night schedule in July, with a new first-race post time of 6:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon racing returns in August with a first-race post time of 1:15 p.m.
Stall applications must be received by the race office no later than July 6.
The backstretch opens for tack on July 14. Horses may begin arriving on July 16.
