The Woodbine Entertainment Group would like to inform horsepeople and racing fans of amendments to Mohawk’s stakes schedule.
Any stakes that were originally slated for Tuesdays, before WEG shifted to a four-day-a-week schedule, will now be contested on Thursdays of the same week.
The following stakes affected are:
- Summertime Series (first leg) moves from July 10 to July 12
- In Free Series (first leg) moves from July 17 to July 19
- Simcoe Stakes (for the three-year-old trotting fillies) will move from September 4 to September 6
Mohawk Changes Qualifying Days
The Woodbine Entertainment Group would like to inform horsepeople and racing fans of changes to Mohawk’s qualifying schedule.
Effective July 2, qualifiers will be conducted on Mondays and Thursdays at 10:00 a.m.
Due to a number of two-year-olds qualifying this weekend, an additional qualifying card on Friday, July 6 has been scheduled.
