It has been announced that the fifth annual Luc Ouellette Charity Golf Tournament will be held Wednesday, September 11 at the Granite Ridge Golf Club in Milton, Ont.
Proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Racetrack Chaplaincy of Canada, a registered charity offers help and support to people in times of need.
Organizers are looking for the help of sponsors and participants to make the event a success. Those interested can help in many ways, either through golfing, hole sponsorship, contributions to either the silent auction table or the live auction or attending the dinner.
The tournament is limited to 144 golfers, so those interested are encouraged to book early. The cost for single golfers is $150 or $600 for a foursome. That includes lunch and a buffet dinner.
Trophies will be awarded to the overall top team and top mixed team in addition to the closest to the pin and longest drive for both male and female golfers.
