The Ontario Racing Commission has released it ruling on the appeal of groom George Lazaravitch.
Lazaravitch's appeal was in regard to a recent attempt to get re-licensed by the ORC.
In addition to another condition, the ORC ruled that if Lazaravitch 'keeps the peace and is of good behaviour he will be allowed to apply for an ORC licence on February 23, 2014.'
