After a successful opening night of the 2020 live harness racing season on Tuesday (June 16), Harrah’s Hoosier Park Racing & Casino has announced a $20,000 Guaranteed Pick-4 sequence when live racing resumes on Wednesday (June 17).
The Pick-4 sequence went unsolved on Tuesday as longshots prevailed throughout the 14-race card and put an interesting spin on the opening evening action. A $4,882.94 carry-over will kick-start the $20,000 Guaranteed Pool set for Wednesday.
In partnership with the United States Trotting Association Strategic Wagering program and the Indiana Standardbred Association, Harrah’s Hoosier Park will offer this signature wager for Wednesday’s 14-race card. Three divisions of the $9,000 Jerry Landess Pacing Series and three divisions of the $9,000 Mya Tri Trotting Series will highlight Wednesday’s action.
The Pick 4 begins in the third race and will continue through the sixth race. Approximate post time for the first leg of the wager, the third race, is 7:06 p.m. (EDT). Free past performances for Wednesday’s 14-race card will be available on Harrah’s Hoosier Park’s website along with free past performances for the Pick-4 sequence available on the United States Trotting Association website. Expert selections and handicapping tools are also available on Hoosier Park’s website and The United States Trotting Association’s website.
The 2020 live racing season at Harrah’s Hoosier Park will feature a 111 racing programs and follow a Tuesday through Saturday schedule throughout the season. With a daily post time of 6:30 p.m. (EDT), live racing will be conducted through Nov. 21 and held in a spectator free manner until further notice.
