Sales results will be posted as they happen for Sunday's Meadowlands Spring Mixed Sale at The Meadowlands.
The “all-racehorse” sale is scheduled to get underway at 12:00 noon on Sunday, May 7, in the back paddock at the Meadowlands.
Sale manager David Reid pointed out that more than 80 percent of the horses catalogued have raced in just the past few weeks, with a significant number showing recent wins at nearly every major track.
“I hope that buyers in the Midwest and Canada -- not just those along the East Coast -- take the time to get a good look at the racelines,” Reid said. “Some of the horses that have been campaigning successfully at the Meadowlands, Yonkers and Woodbine would make outstanding additions to stables in other circuits.”
