Officials with Kawartha Downs would like to remind fans and horsepeople that the track’s 2019 live meet will get underway this Saturday night (May 11) with a 7:00 p.m. first-race post time.
The track will race 21 consecutive Saturdays until September 28.
The draw for Saturdays will take place on Tuesdays. The entry box will close at 11 a.m. Driver changes will be due by 11 a.m. on Wednesdays.
Qualifiers will be held on Saturdays at 4:30 p.m. and will be drawn on Thursdays. The entry box will close at 11 a.m.
