On Thursday, May 29, the Ontario Racing Commission released its ruling on an appeal by horseman Mike Wassilyn.
The ORC release states that an Order is to go as set out in a Joint Submission on Disposition in Exhibit Number 7.
The agreed Statement of Facts and Joint Submission on Disposition can be read via an official copy of the ORC ruling.
