Want To Warm Up Foiled Again?

Can you imagine taking slapshots in your backyard with Sidney Crosby or catching perfect spirals in the schoolyard from Tom Brady? How cool would it be to practice free throws with Lebron James or hit a bucket of balls at the driving range with Tiger Woods?

It would be a whole bunch of awesome – almost as awesome as the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity one fan will be treated to thanks to the Burke Racing Stable, Hands On Horses Program and The Raceway at Western Fair District.

One lucky patron will have the chance to ride along in a double-seated jog cart with Foiled Again - the sport’s richest pacer of all-time – during his warm-up prior to facing the starting gate in Friday’s $150,000 Molson Pace Invitational at the London, Ontario half-miler.

Foiled Again, a two-time Molson Pace winner (2011-12) who enjoyed a multiple award-winning campaign in 2013 for trainer Ron Burke, is scheduled to make an unprecedented sixth appearance in The Raceway’s marquee event.

The nine-year-old son of Dragon Again-In A Safe Place is an 80-time winner who boasts career earnings totalling $6,219,750. He’ll look to add to that staggering stash of cash Friday evening, but it won’t be easy considering he’s drawn Post 7.

Fans attending Friday evening’s program at The Raceway will be given a ballot for their chance to win the ride of a lifetime with the undisputed king of toughness. First race post time for Friday’s 12-race card is 7:05 p.m.
