On Tuesday, May 27, the Ontario Racing Commission released its rulings on appeals which were filed by David Duncan, Karen Carroll and Mike Bishop.
The ORC denied Duncan’s appeal and he served his suspension from May 19 through 21. To view an official copy of the ORC ruling, click here.
The ORC has allowed the appeal of Carroll and Bishop and has ordered the redistribution of purse monies to reflect the new order of finish from a race that was already contested. To view an official copy of the ORC ruling, click here.
