A replacement has been named for Legal Litigator in tonight's $300,000 Molson Pace at Western Fair Raceway. Mark MacDonald, who was scheduled to drive the Camluck gelding, was involved in a
serious racing accident last night at Mohawk Racetrack.
Western Fair Raceway announced this morning that Brett Miller will make the trip to the London, Ont. oval to drive Legal Litigator from Post 1 in the big dash.
Jody Jamieson, who was also involved in the mishap at Mohawk, luckily escaped serious injury and is still slated to drive Art Professor from Post 6 in the Molson Pace.
First post for tonight's 14-race program from Western Fair Raceway is 7:05 p.m.
