Entries are still open for the Ontario Select Yearling Sale with the June 1 deadline fast approaching.
The Ontario Select Yearling Sale will be held on Sept. 26 at Winbak Farm of Canada. It will be a hybrid event, taking place both in person and online via LiveAuction.tv. All in-person aspects to the sale will follow Public Health protocols coinciding with the state of the coronavirus pandemic. Start time for the sale will also be announced soon.
Please note that entries will be capped at 160. There is a $250 entry fee. Those wishing to enter a horse in the sale must fill out a request for application form.
The Ontario Select Yearling Sale Commission will be tier-based. The minimum commission will be $500. The commissions will be set as up to $50,000 is 5 percent, $50,001 to $99,999 is 4 percent, and $100,000 and up is 3 percent.
Catalog requests for the sale are also now being accepted through filling out a catalog request form.
