The Meadowlands Racetrack has announced that it will kick off the 2019 edition of its popular ‘Breakfast with the Babies’ racing program on Saturday, June 1.
Jules Siegel, via his Pennsylvania nursery Fashion Farms, will again generously sponsor the pastry and refreshments provided for the those who enjoy watching the freshman pacers and trotters get their early lessons on the promised path to stakes success.
Breakfast with the Babies is annually a fan highlight, as millions of dollars worth of Standardbred royalty parades over the Meadowlands mile course in front of their connections whom have patiently waited for the hopes and dreams to come to fruition.
Each Saturday morning, ‘Trotters Owners Club’ will be open to horsepeople and the public alike at 9:30 to serve coffee and pastries. The races will get underway at 10:00 with a guest announcer calling the action.
The Meadowlands welcomes everyone to come out and see the stars of tomorrow on June 1.
