Trot Insider has learned that Bonnie Holland is heading up the Georgetown, Ont. portion of the Beer Store's annual Bottle Drive For Leukemia, and she will be at Mohawk Racetrack tonight (Thursday, May 21) collecting bottles from horsepeople to help the cause.
“I will be at the stable gate collecting any empties from the Beer Store or Liquor Store that people might like to donate for the Returns for Leukemia fundraiser this coming weekend at the Beer Store,” Holland told Trot Insider.
“I will be taking all of the donations to my store in Georgetown this weekend, as I am heading up the event at this store. I’m really hoping I can fill up my truck for this great cause.”
