The Dayton (Pennsylvania) Fair and Andray Farm are hosting the second annual Open House at Andray Farm in Hillsdale, Pennsylvania on Sunday, June 5
. The event will run from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The Open House will give visitors an opportunity to learn about a commercial standardbred breeding farm and the industry in general. Mares and foals can be viewed 'up close and personal,' hay rides will be offered, and there will be a craft table for kids, as well as refreshments for all.
"Last year's event was a big success," said Trish Adams, president of the Pennsylvania Fair Harness Horsemen's Association, which is helping to organize the Open House. "We are looking forward to this year and we are thankful to the USTA, as they are helping out with the event as well."
