For this week only at MGM Yonkers Raceway, there will be a double draw on Friday, May 22 for Tuesday, May 26 and Thursday, May 28, with the box closing at the usual time of 3 p.m. (EDT). The box for this week's qualifiers will close on Thursday, May 21 at 10 a.m.(EDT).
As a reminder, the program on Monday (May 18) at Yonkers features a $15,905.78 carryover and a $50,000 guaranteed pool in the Pick 5 sequence.
The guarantee in the Pick 5 is being offered as part of the United States Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering Program, and free past performances for the Pick 5, courtesy of TrackMaster, are available at handicapping.ustrotting.com. The Pick 5, which begins in race five and has a $1 minimum, has a takeout rate of 20 percent.
MGM Yonkers Raceway is operating on a Monday/Tuesday and Thursday through Saturday live racing schedule with post time at 6:45 p.m. (EDT) except on Saturdays when it is 3:30 p.m. (EDT).
