Delaware Standardbred Breeders’ Fund sustaining payments for two-year-olds and nominating payments for yearlings are due to be postmarked by May 15.
All two-year-olds who made a March 15 payment of $100 are eligible to make this payment of $200. The payment can be skipped if the horse will not race as a two-year-old.
All yearlings by a registered Delaware sire for the year 2019 are required to be nominated to the program for a $40 nominating fee plus a copy of the USTA registration papers. If the papers are held electronically at the USTA then a “Pathway Basic Horse” report is acceptable.
