For the second straight Saturday at MGM Yonkers Raceway, no tickets had five of five in the Pick 5 wager, triggering a $3,594.74 carryover in the sequence on Monday, May 12. That carryover amount will also boost the normal guaranteed Pick 5 pool on Monday from $10,000 to $15,000.
The guarantee in the Pick 5 is being offered as part of the United States Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering Program. Free past performances for the Pick 5, courtesy of TrackMaster, are available at handicapping.ustrotting.com. The Pick 5, which begins in race five and has a $1 minimum, has a takeout rate of 20 per cent.
Yonkers Raceway is now operating on a Monday-Tuesday and Thursday through Saturday live racing schedule with post time each night at 6:45 p.m.
