Joe O’Brien, Lady Slipper Changes

Condition changes have been made to the Joe O’Brien Memorial and the PEI Lady Slipper Series, starting with foals of 2015.

The definition of a RESIDENT is a person whose primary residence is on PEI or one who operates a farm resident to Standardbred broodmares, such residency verifiable by such tangible evidence as Property Tax payment, employees, mares on site, etc.

Please note that the nomination forms have already been mailed to Maritime residents and should be aware of this definition change.
