It has been announced that a last-chance qualifier for this weekend’s World Harness Handicapping Championship will take place this evening (Thursday, April 26) and four spots will be up for grabs.
Derbywars.com will host a WHHC last chance qualifier tonight for the $75,000 guaranteed World Harness Handicapping Championship presented by DerbyWars.
The $75,000 WHHC contest features a first place prize of $40,000 and will be held this Saturday (April 28) at the Meadowlands Racetrack. Players can qualify online at www.derbywars.com or directly buy into the contest for $1,000 at the Meadowlands on Saturday.
The WHHC last chance qualifier entry fee is $95, with one in every 12 entries qualifying for the WHHC. The contest will start at 8:10 p.m. (EDT) and will consist of Races 3 through 10 from Woodbine Mohawk Park. To view the entries for tonight’s card from Mohawk, click here.
Players may qualify for the last chance for as little as $27 in a qualifier starting at 6:15 p.m. (EDT) on derbywars.com. A full list of qualifiers for the WHHC can be found at www.derbywars.com/tournaments/list/whhc.
The $1,000 WHHC entry includes a $300 live bankroll with $700 to the prize pool and zero takeout. There is a limit of two entries per person. If the contest exceeds 107 entries, the prize pool will increase from $75,000.
