I remember my dad and Cliff Hie racing around at the fairs against Wayne's father Ross. They had some real old battles. I remember Wayne at Greenwood working for Doug Brown. The O.J.C. would rent the ice twice a week in the winter and Wayne would come to play hockey with us. He also had a stable of horses and did his own driving. A great guy he will be sadly missed. My condolences to his family.

Barry and I wish to offer our sincere sympathy to Wayne's family. He will certainly be missed especially around the track at Kawartha. He was always there to lend a hand to anyone that needed help. God bless you Wayne, we will miss you.
