The deadline for stall applications for the 2014 season at Running Aces Harness Park is fast approaching. The deadline for submitting applications is Tuesday, April 15.
“We fully expect another exciting summer of competitive racing,” said director of Racing Gregg Keidel. “The 54-night meet from May 28 through August 30 will feature races for slightly higher average overnight purses over one of the very best five-eighths mile surfaces in the sport.”
Minimum purse will be $3,000 with the highest overnight purses expected to be $10,000 for a full-field of open pacers, mares or trotters.
The 240 available stalls on the Running Aces backstretch will be allotted on April 30. The barn area will open on May 11 and a pre-meet qualifying session has been slated for May 24.
Stall applications can be downloaded from the track’s website, runningacesharness.com, by searching under the ‘Racing Resources’ tab.
