The connections of 78 three-year-old colts and geldings made the March 15 sustaining payment to keep their pacers eligible to the Woodbine Entertainment Group's $1.5 million Pepsi North America Cup

The 27th edition of the NA Cup will be taking place Saturday, June 26 at Mohawk Racetrack in Campbellville, Ont.
The 'Cup' eligibles were nominated to the event via a $500 nomination fee which was due by February 16. The $1,500 March sustaining payment will be followed by an additional $1,500 sustaining payment on April 15. A $2,000 sustaining payment will then be due May 26.
The connections pay an $8,000 starting fee in order for their colt or gelding to start in the Cup eliminations, which will be taking place Saturday, June 19 at Mohawk.
