Macs Marvel winning Monday night’s (March 9) sixth race at MGM Yonkers Raceway as the longest shot on the board at 51-1 was the catalyst to both the Pick 5 and the late Pick 4 not being hit.
As a result, Tuesday’s (March 10) program now has an early Pick 4 carryover of $11,383.72 and the Pick 5 will start with $13,937.01 in the pot. The Pick 5 pool will be guaranteed at $35,000, while the early Pick 4 will have a guaranteed pool of $25,000.
The guarantees in the early Pick 4 and Pick 5 are being offered as part of the United States Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering Program and free past performances, courtesy of TrackMaster, will be available at the USTA website. The early Pick 4, which starts in Race 1, and the Pick 5, which begins in Race 5, have $1 minimums and have a takeout rate of 20 percent.
MGM Yonkers Raceway is operating on a Monday through Friday live racing schedule with post time each night at 6:45 p.m. (EDT).
