The Woodbine Entertainment Group has announced that nominations for its major stakes events, including the $1-million Metro Pace, the $750,000 (guaranteed) Maple Leaf Trot and $830,000 (estimated) Canadian Pacing Derby close Thursday, March 15
.
Also, three-year-old Ontario-sired fillies have a sustaining payment for the 2012 WEG SBOA stakes event.
Two-year-olds have sustaining payments due for the 2012 Champlain Open and Champlain Fillies, as well as sustaining payments to be eligible as three-year-olds to the 2013 Simcoe Open, Simcoe Fillies & SBOA.
