Ontario Racing has issued a reminder regarding Ontario Sires Stakes (OSS) two-year-old sustaining payments due on March 17, 2025.
If you plan to race your two-year-old in the 2025 OSS program, you must submit your sustaining payment by mail, postdated no later than March 17, 2025, or through the OSS online form.
The sustaining payment is $600. Two-year-olds sustained to the 2025 OSS must have been nominated as a yearling in 2024.
If your two-year-old was not nominated to the OSS as a yearling in 2024, it can still be nominated by submitting the $1,500 late fee and form prior to March 17, 2025. Once nominated, the two-year-old can then be sustained for the 2025 two-year-old season by submitting the $600 sustaining payment, also by March 17, 2025.
