Equine Guelph in concert with other equine groups is conducting a free, interactive two-part workshop for the equine community geared toward environmentally-friendly
stewardship.
• Find out about current environmental issues and what you, as a horse owner, can do to make a difference.
• Meet your neighbours! Learn about the experiences other horse owners have had with equine stewardship projects.
• Learn about the Nutrient Management Act and how it affects horse owners from a presentation by the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs.
• Reduce your hoof print as Equine Guelph takes you through a self-assessment of your property, providing economic and environmental solutions.

Day 1: Saturday, March 27 – 9am to 3pm at the Caledon Community Complex (6215 Old Church Road, Caledon East)
Day 2: Saturday, April 10 – 9am to 3:30pm at the Caledon Village Place Community Hall (18313 Highway 10, Caledon). Workshop in the morning and farm tour after lunch
