My sincerest condolences to Murray, Deb and family and to Lorne's many friends in and out of racing as well. Lorne and Grace were two of the best people I ever got to know in my life and spent many happy hours & yes happy hour as well with them at the farm. Oh the great stories that were told, the laughter and the road trips to old Barrie Raceway in the dead of winter something I will never forget. RIP to a great horseman, father, husband and friend.

Sorry to hear. A great horseman, a great loss.

So very sorry for your loss. Deepest sympathy to the Brethours from the team at TH.

R.I.P. My good old friend Lorne.Tons of memories of all the good old days racing with Lorne and Wim and all the rest of the Brethour family at Kawartha and at all the fairs but especially at Sunderland where we got to stable at the Will-Lor farm and had hot water to bath our horses! My heartfelt condolences to Murray and the rest of the family.

Very sorry Murray to hear of the passing of your father. Our condolences to you, Deb your family and friends.

My condolences Murray, Deb and family. Lorne would always ask how I was doing when I met him.

Sorry to hear of Lorne’s passing. I remember fondly as a kid when people use to still cool horses out after racing, walking one of the family’s horses around the backstretch of Kawartha and Lorne would be walking his horse that had raced against us. He would always take the time to strike up a conversation with me. Condolences to the Brethour family.
