In a press release issued on Saturday, March 29, Doug McIntosh announced that McIntosh Pro Line Products, Inc. of Wheatley, Ont. has been sold.
According to the release, McIntosh Pro Line Products, Inc. has been purchased by Hudson Farmalabs Inc. Details of the sale were not disclosed.
McIntosh will officially turn the proverbial reins to Hudson Farmalabs Inc. and its Managing Director, Ken Dixon, on May 1, 2025.
"There will be logistical changes, but the quality brand name products and services will remain as always," stated McIntosh, indicating that he plans to remain active as a consultant during the transition. "As far as operations, there will be no changes in the immediate future.
"I want to thank all our customers and business partners who have helped build McIntosh Pro Line and the brand into what it is," McIntosh continued. "The future is bright with Hudson Farmalabs and their team."
