Trot Insider has learned that horseman Roger Quesnel of Kanata, Ont. passed away suddenly at his home during the evening of Thursday, March 26

Quesnel, 72, is the owner and trainer of record of Summer Bliss, a four-year-old Blissfull Hall gelding scheduled to compete this Sunday at Rideau Carleton Raceway.
