Spring Garden Ranch, at 900 Spring Garden Ranch Road, DeLeon Springs, Florida, will conduct its 2010 Matinee Day harness racing program on Easter Saturday, April 3 (rain date is April 10)

Admission is free to this family day at the races; racing starts at 11 a.m. There is a $2 charge parking fee, which benefits the Lions Club of Deland and DeLeon Springs. The parking fee gets every driver an entry into a raffle to be held after each race. Spring Garden Ranch is about 20 miles west of Daytona, off Highway 17 North.
There is a restaurant on site, which opens at 8 a.m., and concessions will be available. Seating is limited and visitors are encouraged to bring lawn chairs; tailgating is permitted. Games for the children will be available, as well as a trick horse show, pony races, farrier demonstration and a horse to pet. There will also be an antique car show and art show on site.
