Harrah’s Hoosier Park Racing & Casino is set to kick off its 28th season of live harness racing with a Fan Appreciation Weekend on Friday, March 26 and Saturday, March 27.
The Fan Appreciation Weekend will offer a multitude of options for guests as they enjoy the return of live Harness Racing, with giveaways and contests throughout the evening. Promotions highlighted for guests include:
Friday, March 26:
• Live Racing – First Post 6:30 p.m.
• $100 Mega Bet Drawings at Trackside Promotional Kiosks from 5:00-8:30 p.m. with winners selected at 9:00 p.m.
• Complimentary 2021 Racing Posters at the Program Stand while supplies last
• Bet Against the Boss Handicapping Contest for Caesars Rewards Members at Trackside Promotional Kiosks starting at 5:00 p.m.
• $15,000 Guaranteed Hoosier High Five Wager in the evening’s final race
• “Fan-Tastic Fridays” featuring $1 Bets, $1 Programs, $2 Hot Dogs & Floats at Dog N
Suds, and $4 Glasses of Bacardi Punch at The Shoe
Saturday, March 27:
• Live Racing – First Post 6:30 p.m.
• Complimentary 2021 Racing Posters at the Program Stand while supplies last
• Race Fan T-shirt Giveaway to the first 500 Caesars Rewards members at Trackside Promotional Kiosks starting at 6:00 p.m.
• Superfecta Saturdays Handicapping Contest for Caesars Rewards Members at
Trackside Promotional Kiosks starting at 5:00 p.m.
Fan Appreciation Weekend will kick off the 160-day race meet at Harrah Hoosier Park, that will extend from March 26 through December 4, racing three to five nights a week at the Anderson oval. Highlights of the 2021 meet include:
• Dan Patch Stakes Night – Friday, August 13
• Caesars Trotting Classic Night – Friday, September 24
• Hoosier Champions Night – Friday, October 15
In addition to the traditional highlights, Harrah’s Hoosier Park will feature live racing for the first time on Thanksgiving Day on November 25, with the inaugural Thanksgiving Classic Stakes.
Racing will also be conducted on Sunday evenings at Hoosier Park from May 23 through September 26. Along with live racing, Harrah’s Hoosier Park offers simulcasting for handicappers allowing them to watch and wager on other tracks all season long.
