On Monday, March 18, the Canadian Pari-Mutuel Agency informed the racing industry that the implementation of the new edition of the CPMA Elimination Guidelines that was announced last month will be delayed until further notice.

Delayed implementation of the new edition of the CPMA Elimination Guidelines
The Canadian Pari-Mutuel Agency (CPMA) would like to advise the Canadian horse racing industry that the implementation of the new edition of the CPMA Elimination Guidelines, as announced February 18, 2019 (‘New edition of the CPMA Elimination Guidelines’), will be delayed until further notice.
The CPMA will be engaging industry stakeholders regarding some of the proposed changes.
