Tioga Downs has issued a reminder to horsemen and women that racing applications are due to the race office by Tuesday, March 15, regardless of whether a trainer seeks stalls on the grounds or intends to stable off-track.
Trainers in good standing with the Southern Tier Harness Horsemen's Association are reminded of the Stabling Incentive their horses can earn throughout the season if based on-track or at an approved local training facility.
