Due to the impending snowstorm in southern Ontario that has also forced the cancellation of Western Fair's Tuesday program, Standardbred Canada’s main office in Mississauga, Ont. will be closing at 3:30 p.m. today (Tuesday, March 1) and it will remain closed on Wednesday, March 2.
The office is scheduled to re-open on Thursday, March 3 at 8:30 a.m.
Standardbred Canada staff will be monitoring emails during the closure, and if anyone needs to reach SC staff members they should do so via email. The email addresses for staff members are available here, and can be accessed by clicking the person’s name.

Officials with The Raceway at Western Fair District were first to announce a cancellation due to the storm, as they opted to cancel the track's program of racing that was scheduled for Tuesday, March 1. Western Fair officials also announced that there will no training allowed at the London oval on Wednesday, March 2 due to the winter weather.
