A limited number of seats remain for Meadowlands Racetrack’s five-course Italian Wine Dinner this Saturday (Feb. 9).
Each course will be paired with a wine crafted by smaller or lesser known Italian producers that use high quality, old world grape varietals.
The dinner will begin at 7:00 p.m. The 13-race harness card will begin at 7:15 p.m.
The five-course menu created by executive chef Dennis Sammarone features classic antipasti, seafood scampi, caesar salad, grilled NY strip steak and ricotta cheese cake.
