Big M Re-Opens With Pick 5 Carryover

When racing returns to the Meadowlands Racetrack on Thursday (Feb. 6), the 10-race program will feature a Pick 5 carryover of $18,083.

A carryover of this size typically leads to a pool of roughly $100,000.

With just a 15 per cent takeout rate for the Pick 5 wager, the carryover will, in effect, nullify the takeout.

The Pick 5 covers Races 1 through 5 on the program.

Also on the card are the $30,000 Guaranteed Early Pick 4 (Races 3-6) and the $50,000 Guaranteed Late Pick 4 (Races 7-10).
