Former horseman and harness racing judge Allan Gerrior of Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia, passed away surrounded by his family on February 2 at the VG Site, QEII, Halifax
, at the age of 67.
Gerrior was an esteemed member of the NS Racing Commission and was director of the North American Judges Association.
He is survived by his wife, Kris, sons Wally and Randy (Heather) and daughter Michelle as well as many members of his extended family.
Cremation will be under the care of Donald K. Walker Funeral Directors Ltd. (469-5601).
A celebration of Gerrior's life will take place Monday, February 7 in Full Gospel Church, 806 Kearney Lake Rd. at 11:00 a.m.
