On Monday, February 28, the Ontario Racing Commission announced that it has approved an application from Rideau Carleton Raceway to reschedule three
February race dates.
Having circulated the application to horsepeople, the Canadian Pari-Mutuel Agency and the public, the ORC director approved the application to amend the RCR 2011 Race Date Schedule as follows:
